DirectLine 24-hour Phone Service

Your Money.  Your DirectLine.

DirectLine 24-7 Telephone Access is a free service that lets you complete transactions simply by pushing buttons on your touch-tone phone.
Here's What You Need
  • A touch-tone phone.
  • Your basic Credit Union account number.
  • A DirectLine or e-branch 4-digit PIN. If you need a PIN, contact us.
  • Your transaction code(s).
  • Your Share or Loan Codes. Very Important
    Always press "0 #" to end your call. DirectLine will then give you a reference number for your call. Always record the reference number for verification of your transactions.
    Transfers are Limited.
    According to Federal Regulations, you may only transfer from a deposit account six times per month without a signature. Transfers made in person at the Credit Union or at an ATM are excluded from this limitation.
