Monday, July 13, 2009 Some of you may recall, before our office renovations in Concord, we had "SuperTerm" in our lobby. With SuperTerm, you could access your accounts to check balances, transfer money, and print out histories, without waiting for a teller or representative to assist you.
We are pleased to announce the return of self-service in our Concord office. We have two PCs set up in the Concord lobby for member use. Now, you can do even more on your own through our website, like apply for loans or mortgages, access Chrome Carbook for vehicle pricing on your own, review your e-statement, and access your account online through e-branch.
